“Completely Transformed”
I handed in a pair of brown shoes to be polished and restored. They were completely transformed.
I think they even look better than the day I bought them. Saved me from buying new ones.
Fast and friendly service. Would recommend.
“I Trust Cleggs”
There are lots of shoe repair places about but none I would trust the way I trust Cleggs to:
1. do a proper job
2. not to rip me off!
Love the place, love the staff, love the work that they do.
“Heels Looked Like New”
Clegg’s is the place to go if you need your favourite pair of high heels re-heeled.
I used to bring my shoes here all the time and they had them fixed in no time and the heels looked like new.
Block heels, spindly heels, kitten heels… they can fix them all.
And best of all, if you can bring a spare pair of heel-caps
( the plastic bits at the end of your heels) they will put them on for you in about five minutes.
“Less Than A Minute”
I needed a set of keys cut a few months back and found myself in the Stephens Green shopping centre where they charged me €12 a key for simple house keys! The turn around time was 2 hours as well.
Today I needed another set of keys for a new home and Clegg’s not only performed the key cutting in less than a minute, I was able to leave with two keys, a key ring, and two color indicators for less than €10. The man behind the counter was very nice.
Although I did not get my shoes fixed, several customers came and when while I was standing there putting keys on their rings and noticed everyone was quite satisfied with the service, price, and work.
“Two Thousand Key Types”
If you’re the kind of person that looses keys on a regular basis, drop by at Clegg’s and have them make spare sets to keep around the house.
They do cutting of approximately two thousand key types so unless you need to copy some magic keys that will unlock prison-cells or secret doors, they’ll sort you out in no time.
“Old Fashioned In Every Way”
The man working behind the counter may have been as old as the shop itself, which is the draw for this place. It’s old-fashioned in every way and not flashy and you know it’ll still be there tomorrow.
I went in to get my keys cut and the service was absolutely excellent. They were super friendly and extremely quick! I got quite a few keys copied and I was surprised at how cheap it was I don’t think it cost me more than €20.
I haven’t gone in to get my shoes repaired, but I’ve heard they do excellent work with that as well. My friend got a pair of shoes that were a size too small and they stretched them for her and voila perfect fitting shoes!
